(including Testing, Transition, Release & Environments) ensuring all dependencies are understood and each work stream is clear on stream goals in support of Program Increment (PI) objectives.
• Translates business objectives into streams of work and delivery plans/approaches.
• Develop and continuously improve the program delivery model aligning teams and embedding best practice delivery processes.
• Actively manage all delivery related risks, issues and escalations impacting delivery milestone
timeframes.
• Work with Project Managers, Scrum Managers, Test Leads, Delivery Partners and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilising agile project delivery methods.
• Empower delivery teams to take responsibility for delivery, risk and issue management and
assisting by removing blockers.
• Manage delivery team operations, including end to end program planning and execution, resource, reporting, schedule, risk, issue and dependency management.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Delivery Lead who has worked on large ICT application transformation projects/programs with a focus on delivery planning and execution. You will also have solid experience in establishing and implementing Agile frameworks and associated delivery models for successful project delivery. Experience in managing cross functional teams and delivery teams is also a requirement.
