Reporting to the Senior Business Solution Architect, the Senior Business Solution Analyst will work with multiple delivery partners to innovate and adopt new capabilities (new ways of working, tools, technology, etc.).
Key focus areas of the role includes leading a solution domain from procurement to delivery and then into operations of the Roadside System and the Back Office System as part of the Tolling Collection Capability (TCC) project.
The role will provide the Business Solution and Technology team with pragmatic business analysis know-how and expertise to successfully deliver, commission and operate the Tolling System.

The Senior Business Solution Analyst has the responsibility to capture and analyse business needs and document the requirements in order to procure, deliver and operate STC’s Tolling System.


Key Selection Criteria

● Extensive experience (10+ years) in business analysis in a similar program of work
● Extensive experience in managing the transition of technology into delivery then operations in a greenfield context
● Experience in the Electronic Toll/Fare Collection / Transport industry would be highly regarded
