- Analyze performance against organizational goals, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead a team in gathering requirements for projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Develop and review business intelligence metrics to support better organizational outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, support strategic delivery, and promote efficiency.
- Manage resources and assets, ensuring compliance with budget, safety, and governance requirements.
Key Challenges
- Influencing peers and executives to improve processes and gather requirements for complex projects.
- Building strong internal and external partnerships to achieve optimal results.
- Fostering a culture of strategic analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in complex process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Experience in business process improvement or business intelligence and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes or incident management system
