What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and mentor a small team of Business Analysts, driving collaboration and best practices

✔ Act as a Scrum Master, ensuring efficient requirement gathering and Agile delivery
✔ Own and assign business requirements, ensuring seamless execution
✔ Work on system capability within ‘Meter-to-Cash’ processes (experience in this area is a bonus but not essential)
✔ Drive process mapping and oversee the transition from analysis to delivery
