Join a leading Loyalty Platform Team working on an exciting digital transformation project. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support the implementation of loyalty and rewards features within a mobile app.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal project teams and vendors to identify and prioritise business needs.
- Develop and document detailed user stories, front-end requirements, and back-end requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Lead the analysis and documentation for the project.
- Use Confluence and Jira for documentation and ticket management.
- Create and manage tickets throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed.
- Build and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tickets are refined and ready for sprints.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication with stakeholders across the project.
About You
- Career of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience working on mobile app projects, digital transformation, and loyalty/rewards programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in an Agile environment.
- Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AEM projects and backend integrations is highly desirable.
