You’ll be facilitating workshops, driving prioritisation, and ensuring alignment across teams in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. If you thrive in ambiguity, love problem-solving, and have a proactive mindset, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly planning meetings (Jira board, priorities, team alignment).
• Facilitate workshops and prioritisation sessions with engineers, designers, and business leaders.
• Engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring key people are informed, checked, and involved.
• Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and spot anomalies using Excel and other tools.
• Proactively plan and execute initiatives, making sure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
• Work on business-as-usual (BAU) projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
