Qualifications in IT and/or Cybersecurity desirable
Big 4 accounting firm experience with equivalent position being Senior Manager or above
Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Ability to tailor communications to both business and IT staff as required
Strong leadership, project management and people development skills. Be able to motivate and inspire team members, establish direction and develop vision
Ability to run effective meetings and ensure that all parties reach consensus
Ability to manage, prioritise and deliver multiple projects and work under pressure to meet milestones within time, cost and quality constraints
Responsibilities:
Drive and support development, maintenance and delivery of the Rolling Audit Plan and Board Reporting
Lead and/or support the planning, execution, reporting and quality assurance of cyber security audits across the areas of Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure & Cloud Security, Third Party Management, Threat & Vulnerability Management and Monitoring & Response in an efficient and effective manner
Coordinate, drive and deliver simultaneous audits in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner
Actively contribute to other internal audit reviews
Lead and drive the combined assurance rolling cybersecurity program of work, working closely with L1 and L2 teams
Prepare and review detailed audit reports and presentations for management and executive leadership to outline key findings, risks, recommendations and overall audit outcomes
Provide objective opinions, recommend and agree commercially sensible and sustainable solutions that support the achievement of business strategy and objectives
