About the Role
As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you will make a meaningful impact by managing cases and providing expert advice and coaching for a successful resolution by promoting a positive workplace culture and driving change
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering best practices and resolving intricate workplace matters.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Manage workplace relations issues, conduct investigations and manage outcomes of cases.
- Delivering early intervention strategies, such as Alternative Dispute Resolution and restorative justice.
- Providing specialist advice and training to managers and stakeholders.
- Supporting change management initiatives and strategy development.
- Building relationships with unions, employer organisations, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- In-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009, enterprise agreements and HR policies
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose challenges, develop innovative solutions, and coach stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of natural justice principles.
- Proven experience negotiating with unions and stakeholders
