Our Client is a global manufacturer of power tools conveniently located in Pemulwuy. They are ranked top 10 globally and are dedicated to providing a high caliber of products and services to their clients and the community. Due to incoming projects, they are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to work alongside their logistics team.
Your New Role:
Working in a team of 4 professionals and reporting to the General Manager of Key Accounts and Logistics, who is known for their positive and supportive management style. Your responsibilities will include:
- Updating customer with delivery dates / ETAs
- Working within Microsoft Excel and internal CRM system
- Daily schedule management to achieve client and service outcomes
- Ensure clear communicating with all stakeholders to ensure operational delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, stakeholders and internal teams to provide updates, resolve any delays or issues.
- Monitoring progress of logistics execution and resolving issues.
- Coordinate and manage the booking of freight shipment.

About You:
- Previous experience in administration, projects, sales support, logistics or similar
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
