Randstad is proud to partner with a prominent State Government agency to recruit an experienced Security Coordinator.
This newly created, standalone role will report directly to the Head of Security and play a key part in supporting a dynamic, operationally focused security team. The position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
... Provide administrative support with a strong focus on security operations.
Review CCTV footage, manage infringements, and arrange security guards.
Handle body cam footage, reporting, and assist with security management plans and emergency procedures.
Work with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with data entry and report preparation, take meeting minutes, coordinate with vendors, support event logistics, manage post-event debriefs, conduct asset tracking and audits, document traffic incidents, and process invoices.
Ideal Candidate:
Organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Security industry exposure preferred, though a security licence is not required.
Strong administrative and office-based experience.
Comfortable managing high workloads and building strong stakeholder relationships.
A proactive self-starter, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity as the role continues to evolve.
Experience in event security or an understanding of live events and venue operations is highly regarded.
