Your Role & Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday – Lead the Kindergarten Program (8:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm).
- Wednesday & Thursday – Take on Room Leader responsibilities, guiding and mentoring your team.
- Friday – A full 10 hours of non-contact time to focus on lesson planning, compliance, and quality improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified ECT – Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education + VIT Registration.
- Leadership & Innovation – Confident in mentoring educators, leading staff meetings, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
- Strong Compliance Knowledge – Must Have Experience with writing and delivering QIP and regulatory frameworks.
- Passionate & Community Focused – A teacher who loves engaging with families and shaping a positive learning environment.
