Work closely with the Product Owner and provide guidance on refining and prioritising the product backlog. You will shield the team from avoidable distractions, removing obstacles that affect the team's ability to meet project objectives. Support and educate the Product Owners, particularly around grooming and maintaining the product backlog Tracking team progress, producing status reports and handling issues, risks and dependencies.
About You:
- Scrum Master certification(s) Highly Desirable SAFe certification(s) Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or another related field will be highly regarded
- Highly experienced in Agile Delivery and Implementation working as a Scrum Master (5+ years) Theoretical and practical experience utilising various Agile Methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working for a multinational / global diversified company.
