Scrum Master – 6-Month Contract | Melbourne CBD | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)
A leading enterprise organisation in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a 6-month contract to support multiple digital initiatives. This role will focus on key mobile app projects, including ad server implementation, marketing and personalisation, and loyalty program integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments to optimise team workflows
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain transparency of progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a digital project environment
- Experience working on mobile app initiatives such as marketing, ad tech, and loyalty programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced enterprise setting
- Ability to drive Agile maturity within teams and improve delivery processes
- Relevant Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM) are highly regarded
