About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their scheduling and coordination career within a reputable business. Working within a collaborative and established operations team, you will be responsible for:
Scheduling production activities across multiple sites
Assisting in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics movements
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate production forecasting
Updating schedules, managing changes, and communicating with drivers and site managers
Supporting reporting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

We are open to candidates with some scheduling, logistics coordination, or dispatch experience – but just as important is your proactive attitude, organisational skills, and ability to work well within a team. Key skills include:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sound administrative and computer skills (training will be provided on in-house systems)
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
