Technology Delivery Lead
Primary Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Director for Product Technology, the Technology Delivery Lead will plan, organize, and coordinate the delivery of demand for the technology portfolio, including technology asset maintenance activities for enterprise-wide systems. The role will establish and maintain a high-level portfolio management plan, ensuring that all initiatives within the product technology portfolio and backlog are managed and tracked in line with agreed timelines and budgets. Additionally, this role will oversee procurement and finance-related aspects of delivery, engaging with relevant teams and coordinating associated activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage SAP ecosystem demand, including triage, allocation, coordination, delivery oversight, and reporting.
- Oversee resource pipeline management and forecast demand to ensure resource availability, skills, and prioritization for successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous delivery lifecycle and engagement with internal stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes and partner engagement/onboarding.
- Provide resource management and administrative oversight with portfolio coordinator support.
- Oversee and coordinate financial management activities for SAP technology team partner engagements alongside the portfolio coordinator.
- Coordinate delivery activities with other technology teams across the organization as needed.
- Deliver required tracking and reporting related to the technology team’s portfolio of initiatives.
Experience and Training
- Experience with SAP Projects and Portfolio Management is highly regarded.
- Experience and certification in Agile delivery methodologies are highly regarded.
