This role demands strategic leadership, extensive experience in SAP transformations, and a strong understanding of public sector requirements and governance. The successful candidate will oversee multiple streams of work, ensuring seamless delivery whilst managing interdependencies across other major programs.
The scope has been split into 3 streams:

1. Stream 1 – Remediate Compatibility Packs & Custom Code in the current version of
S/4HANA V21.
2. Stream 2 - Upgrade to V23 as functionality not available in V21. Remediate
Compatibility Packs, Custom Code & Simplification items in the new version.
3. Stream 3 - HTR & Payroll evaluation work – independent of streams 1 & 2.
Skills Required
- Highly skilled Program Manager with 15+ years & experience in SAP technical
- upgrades
- Experience leading a complex SAP S/4HANA Upgrade
- Experience with remediation of Compatibility Packs & Custom Code
- Experience leading a large program within a NSW Government Agency
- Strategic leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of public sector requirements and governance
- Exceptional vendor management skills
