About the Role: ...

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Developer with a strong background in ABAP, PI/PO, and integration to join a dynamic team. You will work on designing, building, and testing innovative business solutions, with a focus on ABAP integration development. As part of a team of skilled professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration and implementation of SAP systems, particularly within large government organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of ABAP integration objects, in line with agreed strategies and approaches.
Collaborate with design and testing teams to resolve defects and ensure high-quality deliverable.
Develop and administer IDOCs, Web Services, and RESTful APIs to enable seamless SAP integration.
Work closely with stakeholders to build and implement complex interfaces to and from SAP S/4HANA.
Create technical specifications and documentation throughout the integration development process.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

Current AGSVA Baseline Security OR NV1 Clearance.
5+ years of experience in SAP development with strong expertise in ABAP, PI/PO, and Data Services.
Hands-on experience with IDOCs, Web Services, SOAP, RESTful services, including XML Schemas and WSDLs.
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA integration, having completed at least 2 full cycle implementations.
Knowledge of HANA development and administration.
Strong experience in building complex interfaces for SAP systems.
Demonstrated success in contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and ensure clear understanding.

Desired Skills:

Experience integrating SAP with other systems using BAPI, IDOC, and ALE.
Basic knowledge of SAP functional modules.
Experience working in large SAP project teams with complex business rules.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sharing knowledge.
