Randstad Digital are currently working with one of Queensland’s largest employers to find an Implementation Lead to join a SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management implementation. The SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (SF PMGM) Implementation Lead is vital for collaboration closely with HR stakeholders, Business Readiness teams, and Value Stream Owners to align change initiatives with organisational objectives. This role ensures that employees understand, accept, and effectively use the new SF PMGM system while maintaining operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management change management strategy, ensuring alignment with Modern ERP Program transformation goals and best practices in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities, ensuring HR leaders, business managers, and employees are informed and supported throughout the transition.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify process, role, and technology changes, developing targeted interventions to manage impacts.
- Define and deliver training programs tailored to end-user needs, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to adopt the new SAP SF PMGM system.
- Develop and implement communication plans, ensuring consistent and clear messaging about project progress, system benefits, and expected changes.
- Facilitate business readiness assessments, ensuring HR and payroll teams, business units, and operational teams are prepared for go-live and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with Business Readiness teams to ensure alignment of change activities across HR, Payroll, and other impacted functions.
- Ensure sustainability of change, embedding new ways of working and ensuring business-as-usual teams can support and maintain the new SAP SF PMGM solution
Necessary Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in change management and business transformation, with a focus on HR and Payroll systems implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP HCM change programs, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA HR/Payroll implementations.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, Lewin’s Change Theory).
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery in complex organisational environments.
- Ability to conduct change impact assessments, resistance management, and post-go-live change adoption monitoring.
- Strong collaboration skills with business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of change initiatives with system deployment.
