We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP EAM Functional and Work Management Consultant to join on a 12-month contract in Adelaide. This role is critical in supporting and optimizing our client's SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and work management systems. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for SAP EAM and work management processes.
Design, configure, and implement SAP EAM solutions tailored to support asset life cycle management and work order processing.
Provide functional expertise in work management, including planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance and operational workflows.
Optimise system processes to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Develop functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with technical teams for delivery.
Provide end-user training and create comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the solutions.
Support system go-live activities and offer ongoing functional support during the stabilisation period.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance system performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, specialising in SAP EAM and work management modules.
Strong understanding of Asset management and maintenance processes.
Proficiency in configuring SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
