About the Role: ...

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant - Performance Testing Expert to join a forward-thinking team, specialising in business process design, application modelling, and systems integration. As an integral part of the SAP practice, you will be working on cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA implementations, ensuring optimal system performance, diagnosing technical challenges, and delivering innovative solutions for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage performance testing activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Design and execute real-world testing scenarios that reflect client business requirements and system performance needs.
Analyse system performance and identify bottlenecks, providing detailed and actionable reports.
Conduct end-to-end performance testing, including system resilience, disaster recovery (DR), and failover testing.
Collaborate with clients to develop performance testing strategies and optimise their SAP landscape for the future.
Recommend improvements to architecture, infrastructure, and system performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve chronic performance issues and implement improvements.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing of software applications.
Proficient in using performance testing tools, with a preference for Microfocus LoadRunner & ALM.
Strong ability to design and analyse real-world testing scenarios for complex applications.
Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools.
Familiarity with a variety of applications and technologies.
Ability to identify and explain performance bottlenecks, articulating them clearly in business reports.
Expertise in system resilience, disaster recovery testing, and failover testing.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
Willingness to take on challenges and work with new clients in different sectors.
Interest in progressing to team lead or project management roles.
Eagerness to expand your professional network within the SAP community.
Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully managing client relationships.

Mandatory Requirements:

Australian citizen.
Active NV1 AGSVA clearance.
