We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join a dynamic team working on innovative business solutions in a global consulting environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a solid background in SAP development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to all stages of the project lifecycle, from design and build to testing and delivery, while working closely with both onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Strategy documents, including custom development strategy
- Create technical specifications and build WRICEFX objects
- Collaborate with design and testing teams to resolve defects related to WRICEFX objects
- Ensure on-time delivery of tasks, including analysis, design, development, prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance
- Assist with complex problem-solving and deliver high-quality solutions
- Share knowledge and expertise as a Subject Matter Expert, providing mentorship to junior colleagues
- Participate in business process workshops and contribute to the design of blueprint documents
- Ensure successful project delivery in line with client needs and project goals
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP development (ABAP), with a strong track record in coding solutions for SAP systems
- At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations in a senior development role
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Core Data Services, Fiori Launchpad, and Enterprise Search
- Experience with other SAP UI solutions such as Personas, WebDynpro, SAP WebGUI
- Experience developing SAP mobile solutions
- Expertise in SAP development tools and frameworks such as ABAP, BRF+, Fiori, CDS Views/HANA modelling, SmartForms, BAPI, IDOC, BOPF
- Strong analytically and problem-solving skills, particularly in support pack application (SPAU) and issue resolution
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different audiences
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Must possess a Baseline security clearance (AGSA) or NV1 clearance
