Job/Project Description – Key Responsibilities and Daily Activities:
The Salesforce Vlocity Developer will play a pivotal role in crafting, developing, and implementing tailored industry-specific solutions using Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) and associated Salesforce technologies. The role requires an independent and proactive approach to managing tasks outlined in JIRA, translating requirements into fully functional solutions. Core responsibilities include analysing business needs, configuring Vlocity components, coding where necessary, and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems. The developer will also optimise delivery using CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control through Git.
Mandatory Skills and Expertise:
- Extensive experience in Vlocity (Salesforce OmniStudio) development, with a focus on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
- Expertise in configuring and deploying Vlocity components such as DataRaptor, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, and JavaScript programming.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, and best practices for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements, aligning deliverable with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve development challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions in adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Apply expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions for enhanced delivery.
