Your new role
... - Warm and pre-qualified leads - no cold calling
- Conver leads through phone, email, and online chat
- Help customers select the best travel insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships and enhance our brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences
Your skills and experience
- Your attitude is more important - they hire on culture and value career progression
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s sales experience - open to industry
- Call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
