Your New Role
The role is based in the office in Wangara taking inbound/outbound calls to existing customers selling subscriptions to their current data base - no cold calling!
Your Responsibilities:
... - Provide courteous service and ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and requests.
- Support the branch in its sales and Service operations with Booking and Scheduling.
- Demonstrate commitment to the continual improvement process by providing suggestions for improvements and participate in review processes to assist branches to meet their objectives, targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensuring that courteous and prompt service is provided to all customer inquiries.
- Prompt escalation of any issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority.
- Timely and regular follow ups with customers.
- Striving to meet KPI’s as set for Customer Care Team by the BM or CCM.
- Minimising customer defections or losses through the provision of exceptional customer service.
- Effective renewal and booking strategies that meets sales objectives.
