- Part-time, 3 days a week at $35- $40.00 p/h
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced sales loader operator to work on a part-time basis at our client in Yankalilla. Pay rate is between $35 - $40 p/h + super. We are looking for operators experienced in operating a front-end loaders, with quarry experience. Your responsibilities will include hauling raw feed, loading road trucks, feeding the crushing and screening plant, and performing basic maintenance tasks. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong commitment to safety, enjoy collaborating with a small team, be adaptable and approachable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices
- Complete pre-start checks on equipment
- Manage Stockpile
- Support Weighbridge operations
- Operate Loader and equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform basic housekeeping and maintenance of quarry equipment
- Conduct plant and process inspections
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
- Proven experience operating a Loader is essential
- Background in quarrying or mining operations, including familiarity with safety management systems, is essential
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively within a small team and adapt to changing tasks
SHIFT DETAILS
- Part-time, 3 days a week
- $35-$40 per hour plus Superannuation
