- Develop relationships with consulting engineers and HVAC contractors.
- Achieve gross sales and margins within budget guidelines.
- Identify, appoint, and manage contractors, distributors, and retailers.
- Coordinate presentations, highlighting company products and service capabilities.
- Increase commercial product specifications for projects and tenders.
- Ensure contractors and engineers maintain knowledge of company products.
- Calculate heat loads of buildings and annualized energy performance.
- Achieve an increase in major projects throughout the territory.
We're looking for you, if:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, HVAC, or related field).
- 3+ years of proven experience in HVAC sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and calculations.
- Proficient in heat load calculations and energy performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
