Overview:
We have an immediate opportunity for a Safety Administrator (Systems and Compliance) from the construction industry to join our client in the inner suburbs.
About:
This role is responsible for supporting construction site teams with the implementation, management, and optimisation of compliance systems, particularly with Hammertech from with the HSE/ Safety team. This role focuses on troubleshooting system-related issues, developing internal reports and systematic processes, ensuring compliance through system audits, and leveraging data analytics to improve efficiency. The role will also contribute to the development of training materials and facilitate training sessions to ensure all employees effectively use the systems in place.
Key areas:
- Collate and assist with analysis of data trends related to WHS and compliance
- Develop reports on statistics and identify key areas for improvement
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and performance tracking tools
Duties / requirements
- Develop HSEQ campaigns and initiatives
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting
- Oversee the administrative functions
- Microsoft Excel and Hammertech
- Strong communication skils
- A background in HSE Administration essential
- Experience in construction, WHS & compliance systems essential
- Cert 4 in Safety would be ideal
