Job Title: SaaS Integration Specialist
Location: Adelaide, South Australia
Employment Type: 3-6 Months Contract (high possibility of extension)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SaaS Integration Specialist for a 3-6 months contract role in Adelaide to support the seamless integration of multiple SaaS applications and on-premise systems. This role involves designing, implementing and managing integration solutions while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure data flows securely and reliably between platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integration strategies to connect SaaS and on-premise systems efficiently.
- Provide expert guidance on system configurations, data flows and integration best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, minimizing downtime and operational impact.
- Assess and mitigate integration risks through proactive planning and execution.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across all connected systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with vendors to meet security, performance, and scalability requirements for integration solutions.
- Support major system integration initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in integrating SaaS applications with various enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, including point-to-point and middleware approaches.
- Knowledge of data flow architecture, business process mapping, and system configuration.
- Expertise in identifying integration challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration security standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple integration projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Technology One OR Salesforce integration tools and processes.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their impact on Cloud systems.
- Familiarity with content management systems and finance technology platforms.
- This role is crucial to ensuring seamless data connectivity and operational efficiency within our SaaS ecosystem.
- Proven track record of delivering successful integrations for SaaS projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
