Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities, introducing additional products and services to meet client needs.
- Strategically grow assigned accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support of software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to deliver a cohesive client experience.
- Monitor and report on account metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales or account management, with a customer-first approach and the ability to build long-term partnerships. They will thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in SaaS sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
