Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the change management process for an Active Directory project aimed at changing email domain names.Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into the project plan.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Provide coaching
