About the Role
Reporting to the Apprentice Services Manager, the RTO Administrator plays a key role in supporting training operations, compliance, and student services. You’ll be responsible for accurate data entry, record management, and coordination of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of training and support services.

Key responsibilities include:
... - Maintaining accurate student and training records in line with RTO compliance requirements
- Supporting the enrolment process and coordinating apprentice inductions
- Managing phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with calendar management, short course administration, and certification processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and reporting
- Providing general administrative support to the management team and wider business
- Supporting event coordination such as career expos, graduation ceremonies, and training sessions
About you
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised administrator with:
- Previous experience in administration or a similar support role (RTO or training sector experience is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A team player attitude and commitment to delivering quality work
