We have two exciting opportunities for Roaming Facility Managers who are eager to make an impact across multiple aged care facilities in Victoria or Tasmania. If you thrive on variety and enjoy the chance to experience different locations, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel between facilities, providing leadership and support to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance across each location
- Work closely with local teams to implement best practices and resident-focused care
- Conduct audits, staff training, and offer guidance on facility improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience as a Residential Manager in aged care
- Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, compliance, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to travel and support various locations
- Australian working rights and AHPRA registration
