We’re looking for a proactive Risk and Compliance Officer to support critical organisational functions. About the Role

As a Risk & Compliance Officer, you will:

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and procedures that ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Facilitate timely compliance action, monitor and report on case matters, and ensure efficient case closeout.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and consistent, timely actions.
• Collaborate with the Legal and Governance division and governing committees.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide well-considered recommendations.
• Superior writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases or tasks within required timelines.
• Solid understanding of regulatory or legal frameworks.

Desirable Criteria:

• Tertiary-level qualifications in disciplines such as law, governance, or public policy.
• Experience in drafting legal documents, including terms and conditions.

Reruirements of the Role:

• Full Australian working rights.
• Demonstrated experience of at least three years in a high-level case management, compliance, enforcement, or regulatory role.
• Significant experience in producing formal correspondence, briefings, and enforcement instruments at an exemplary standard.
