About the Role:
Step into a varied and hands-on role, where you’ll contribute to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and taking on labour-intensive tasks. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy being outside, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in gardening tasks like mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilising, mulching, and planting.
- Operate a range of tools and equipment, including mowers, brush cutters, and small trucks.
- Contribute to seasonal planting and landscaping projects.
- Assist with general labour tasks and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Respond to customer and public inquiries with professionalism.
What You Bring:
- A valid Victorian driver’s license (manual preferred).
- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Confidence in safely using gardening tools and machinery.
- A team-focused attitude, with the ability to follow instructions.
- A love for the outdoors and a dependable work ethic.
