What You’ll Be Doing:

• Schedule and allocate transport jobs in line with operational and customer needs

• Navigate the complexities of multiple projects at various stages

• Adjust plans to respond to changes like delays, weather, or site constraints

• Communicate with drivers, operations teams, and customers to coordinate smooth delivery

• Monitor and adjust routes for real-world efficiency—not just what looks best on paper

• Use scheduling tools and systems to track and manage job flow

• Support compliance and safety standards including fatigue management

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in transport scheduling, fleet allocation, logistics coordination, or similar

• Strong organisational skills and a calm, clear communication style

• A proactive mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure
