About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remuneration Specialist to join our Remuneration team within the People & Culture (P&C) Corporate Services function. This role involves supporting our current Remuneration Specialist and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of remuneration management.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Assist in completing job evaluations using Mercer methodology.
- Support the Remuneration Specialist in running the annual remuneration cycle, which is currently underway and will continue for the next three - six months.
- Contribute insights into the development of our remuneration strategy.
- Provide assistance and expertise in remuneration-related activities as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience working with Mercer systems is essential. If Mercer experience is not available, extensive knowledge of other grading/evaluation systems is required.
- Strong understanding of remuneration and compensation practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- No travel is required for this role.
