Responsibilities:
- Delivering compassionate and individualized care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and reporting on the health and well-being of residents
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care
- Current AHPRA registration
- Compliance in line with DOH guidelines
