We are seeking Registered Nurses that have at least 6 months of Aged Care experience working as a RN in Australia.
You will pick up casual ad hoc shifts in Aged Care facilities across Wangaratta (VIC). This is not a full time role but will provide enough shifts throughout the week.
We believe our Registered Nurses should be paid well for the important work they do, which is why our pay rates are so high. See below for our Registered Nurse pay guide.

- Base pay starts from $50/hr and can be up to $74/hr.
- Extra penalties for public holidays and weekend shifts.
- Extra allowances for shifts like PM and ND will be separate.
- Superannuation 11.5% on top.
- Pay rates will depend on the following factors -
- Type of shift offered - Only RN or in charge required.
- More the experience as an RN, more the pay.
TRAVEL CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE ACROSS AUSTRALIA AT HIGHER PENALTY RATES, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT IF INTERESTED.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the Aged Care Sector as a Registered Nurse
- Current AHPRA registration stating you are a Registered Nurse
- Australian work rights
- Current Flu and three Covid-19 vaccinations
- Willingness to travel up to 30/60 mins per shift.
Ideally you will have or be able to obtain:
- NDIS Clearance
- National Police Clearance
Day to day shift duties are as follows -
1. Safe medication management
2. Wound dressings
3. Fall and injury management
4. Incident management and reporting
5. Leading team of PSW, EN, student nurses
6. Follow ups with GPs and other allied health care members
7. Documentation as per facility's requirement
8. Handover to the next shift as suitable
