About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Randstad, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to patients in diverse settings. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Assessing and monitoring patients' mental and physical health
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medication and treatments
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ideal Candidate:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a mental health setting
- Experience in inpatient, community, children and adolescent, or AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in various settings
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
