About the Roles

RN-In-Charge/Clinical Care Coordiantor

Lead and coordinate the care team, ensuring exceptional clinical care is delivered to residents.
Oversee assessments, care plans, and the implementation of clinical practices.
Respond to clinical emergencies and provide strong leadership during shifts.
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with aged care standards and organizational policies.

Enrolled Nurses (ENs)

Deliver high-quality, resident-focused care under the guidance of the RN.
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning.

About You

To be successful in either role, you will need:

Australian Working Rights (essential).
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
