Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience working in aged care settings.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current National Police Check or NDIS check.
