Join us on a rewarding journey as a Recruitment Consultant in our Sydney CBD office. You'll join our Procurement team headed up by Rachel Homer who brings a wealth of industry knowledge. You'll hit the ground running and match highly skilled professionals with temporary & permanent opportunities in the procurement space. Your day to day will consist of:

• Working alongside the consultants to understand job requirements
• Strategically sourcing active and passive talent in the market
• Talent pooling - seek searches, linkedin projects, networking events, industry referrals
• Candidate management, you'll be the first point of contact for our procurement candidates

What we are looking for in you:

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer / Candidate Manager with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will be strategic minded, have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.
