What would a normal day look like for you
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to determine their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract skilled candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and suitability for client roles.
- Job Matching: Match the best candidates to the right job roles based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinate interviews, facilitate client-candidate communication, and provide support through the hiring process.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Advise both clients and candidates on compensation packages, work conditions, and negotiate offers where necessary.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Candidate Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including document verification and contract preparation.
- Client Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and any challenges faced in the recruitment process.
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Randstad’s client base within the Trades & Labour sector.
