The role

Randstad Business Support is currently recruiting for a 360 Recruiter to join our successful team in the Brisbane CBD office. You will be recruiting for a mixture of clients in the private sector across temporary and permanent positions. Role types include: Project Administrators, EA’s, Customer Service, Data Entry, Receptionists, Facilities Administrators, Property Admin roles etc.

A typical day:

• Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Business development and meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
• Proactive in your approach to win new business and grow market share
