We’re looking for an experienced recruiter or business development professional to join our Engineering & Construction team at Randstad, specialising in white-collar roles across the commercial construction sector. This is a high-potential, fast-paced desk where you’ll inherit some existing client relationships, but your success will come from building new partnerships and growing your network across the industry. We want someone who knows agency recruitment inside out—or has a strong business development background—and is genuinely passionate about the construction space.

• Build and strengthen relationships with construction businesses of all sizes – from Tier 1 to smaller contractors.
  
• Connect skilled professionals like Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Site Managers with exciting projects.
  
• Develop new business opportunities while leveraging our strong market presence.
  
• Manage a temp recruitment desk in a high-demand sector with strong earning potential.
  
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
  
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

• Business development experience in recruitment, construction, or a fast-paced industry like gym sales, real estate, door knocking etc.
  
• A results-driven mindset – you enjoy chasing targets and winning new business.
  
• Strong relationship-building skills – you know how to connect with people and build trust.
  
• Great communication and negotiation skills.
