What You'll Be Doing:
An opportunity has opened for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to drive new business growth in the Business Support space. Based in our Parramatta office, you'll recruit contract and permanent roles across customer service, administration, executive assistants, and office management, with a strong focus on building and expanding client relationships.
- Driving new business growth by identifying and securing new clients
- Managing and expanding relationships with Randstad's key client base
- Running a 360 recruitment desk, handling both temp and perm placements
- Developing a strategic approach to business development, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Achieving revenue targets and KPIs while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions
- Visiting clients on-site, requiring a valid driver's license
