The Handover Support Specialist will play a crucial role in undertaking handover activities associated with practical completion of the Rail, Integration and Systems (RIS) Project. This short-term temporary role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of handback records in accordance with the Handback Index Separable Portion Documentation Evidence Requirements stipulated in the Alliance Handback Management Plan.
This position will work within the Information Management and Governance stream and collaborate with the Lead Business and Information Analyst, Document Control, Handover and Data and Reporting Teams at the Delivery Authority and the UNITY Alliance.
You will be an experienced records manager, document controller or have extensive experience in complex infrastructure projects and understand the documentation and terminology used in large construction projects. You will ideally possess experience in electronic document and records management systems including Content Manager (TRIM) or TeamBinder. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be second to none, with the ability to communicate and influence different stakeholder groups through exceptional interpersonal skills.
Due to the hands-on nature of reviewing, auditing and undertaking gap analysis on physical As-Built documentation, there is a requirement for this role to be predominantly (if not entirely) on site in the corporate office.
