Your New Role
In this essential role, you will represent our client as the first point of contact for customers, helping create a positive and professional impression from the moment they walk through the door. Reporting to the Executive Assistant and working closely with a supportive team of 20, you’ll provide critical administrative and client-facing support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, directing phone calls, and managing messages for the sales team
- Handling general email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinating showroom appointments, arranging freight and couriers, and managing daily mail
- Ensuring the showroom is immaculate, including organising samples, refreshing flower arrangements, and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting walk-in clients, liaising with contractors for cleaning and maintenance, and overseeing the company’s image library
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across the business

About You
- 1-2 years of administrative experience (design or tiles industry experience is a plus but not required)
- Enthusiastic and dedicated, with a can-do attitude
- Personable, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks
- Team player with a passion for contributing ideas and improving processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
