Our Client
Our client is a leading Australian construction materials and building products supplier, specializing in the production of concrete and aggregates. Due to an internal promotion, an exciting temp to perm opportunity has become available at their Seven Hills site.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, who is known for their relaxed management style you will be the face of the office. You will be responsible for:
- Answer phone calls, greet customers, and assist with site inductions
- Perform general office cleaning tasks, including tidying the kitchen and unpacking the dishwasher
- Enter invoices into Accounts Payable and truck dockets into the system.
- Maintain and update site diaries for project tracking and reporting.
- Order weekly kitchen consumables and replenish supplies at the crew shed, order PPE and help prepare/clean up for monthly team lunches.
- Provide support with general administrative tasks as needed.

About You
- Previous experience as Reception, Office Coordinator, Administrator or similar
- Knowledge of MS Office and Kronos will be highly regarded
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
