Your New Role
As the Receptionist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things office, reporting to a incredibly supportive Office Manager who once started out as a receptionist herself! Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Planning and coordinating fun office events to keep the team engaged.
- Managing bookings and setting up meeting rooms to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Liaising with couriers and handling office deliveries like a pro.
- Ordering stationery and office supplies to keep everything stocked.
- Providing general administrative support.

About You
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, administration, or reception is a must.
- MS Office experience highly desired.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges.
